FAQs
How do I choose the right lighting product?
Review the size, color, finish, brightness, color temperature, voltage, installation type, and included components listed on each product page. Product specifications and features may vary by model.
Are your lighting products dimmable and suitable for damp locations?
Dimming compatibility, IC ratings, and damp-location ratings vary by product. Please review the specifications on the individual product page and use a compatible dimmer when required.
Do I need a professional installer?
We recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Always follow the included instructions, disconnect power before installation, and comply with applicable local electrical codes.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 4–7 business days in transit. The total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days. We ship to eligible U.S. addresses but do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel it or change the shipping address. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.
What is your return policy?
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved return shipping is covered by us, and no restocking fee applies. We do not offer direct exchanges; customers should return the original product and place a new order.
